Fulfilled Dynamics, first established August 24, 1992 in Pinole, CA. For the first 19 years, Fulfilled Dynamics was known as "Past-Tense Publications" serving the spiritual needs of people through a 12-page monthly magazine "The Covenant Messenger" (1992-1999). During this time cassette tapes were distributed, and a variety of tracts were written for distribution ("Feast of Eternity," "New Covenant Living," "History's Worst Hoax" "Quickly, Suddenly or Soon?"). Beginning in 2011 the central focus of the ministry made a decisive shift in the direction of EQUIPPING people in knowing HOW to study the Bible for themselves with the goal of "drawing only such conclusions as is warranted by the evidene."
