At GIRL FIGHT our goal is to empower women through the Martial Arts. We are NJ's only all Female Martial Arts Academy and our program is built for women, by women. Our roots are Muay Thai kickboxing, but we integrate various styles of Martial Arts, Self-Defense & Fitness techniques throughout our curriculum. We are not to be confused with Cardio Kickboxing. Our students are Martial Artists, that train like fighters! Most of our classes are Non-to-Light contact. We do offer Full-contact classes to the girls who want to spar and maybe one day compete. The Girl Fight program incorporates Martial Arts, Cardio, Strength, Balance and Endurance training. Plus, its great for stress management! We use all kinds of equipment; heavy bags, Thai pads, Speed bags, Focus Mitts, Medicine balls, Kettle Bells, etc. Martial Arts can offer you the physical & mental workout you need in just 1 hour a day.You're worth it!! We offer KIDS, ADULT and PRIVATE LESSONS too!!
