Graystone Action Sports is a leisure concept positioned within the high-growth extreme/action sports sector. The multi-platform offering includes a restaurant, bar, SkateHut, fitness studio and gym, media labs and a 35,000 sqft adrenaline-fuelled action sports paradise. Having grown exponentially over the last 20 years, an estimated 140 million people in Europe age 15-34 now participate in the top four action sports: skateboard, ski, snowboard and surfing, and with the addition of skateboard and freestyle BMX into the Summer Olympics in Tokyo 2020, we believe extreme is about to go mainstream. We are launching a hub where people can choose to participate in open sessions and/or classes in more than ten action and lifestyle sports and activities. The appetite for Graystone has been proven by unsolicited interest from brands including Red Bull, adidas skateboard, Stance, Planks and Nixon. We are planning to leverage these brands to position Graystone in front of an audience of millions. As well as being open to the public, Graystone will also be a grassroots, pathway, and elite training academy for GB Park & Pipe Ski & Snowboard, Skateboard England and BCF for Freestyle BMX.
