Research and studies have brought back wood in kitchens around the world, seen that finishes and treatments are now able to combine incomparable performances of breathability and hygroscopicity of wood with the modern needs for hygiene and maintenance. We have obtained various quality certifications, but the one we are most proud of is the MOCA certification for all of our products . but we never stop our growth, we always keep ourselves updated! We are not in the frantic search for cosmic materials, unrelated to our territory and which are often just a marketing move. We modernize models and processes to bring in the modern life the most natural and renewable raw materials that nature offers to human beings. Tradition becomes anachronistic only if you do not have the courage to test, experiment and spread the news in the technological field that allow you to get modern, if not even advanced, the materials coming of our history. Our election materials are essentially 4: * Wood, mainly beech, evaporated treated without any glue and with special non-toxic natural treatments certified for food use * Fabrics of vegetable origin such as linen and cotton, to combine the performances of both materials * Stainless Steel of european origin with a low percentage of nickel to avoid allergies * Pure Anodized aluminum
