We do not really class ourselves as a Payroll Company, we are an Employment Law compliance team and unlike most Payroll companies, we work for both for the client and worker. Both are just as important to us as without both, we do not have a business. We have been operating in the Recruitment and Payroll arena for over 25 years which enables us to apply the right processes to ensure that everyone is contracted in line with the HMRC rules and regulations. Payroll is now even more important to get right as the HMRC is rightly so starting to enforce the IR35 rules that have been in effect since April 2000. If you are using contractors and do not use a payroll company, get in touch with us immediately. If you are using a payroll company and they are not working in this way and are not currently educating you on the changes that are coming through on IR35/Off Payroll Working Rules, this is a clear indication that you are with the wrong company.
