Gladstone Ports Corporation manages and operates the Port of Gladstone, including the Gladstone Marina and its recreational parklands, the Port Alma Shipping Terminal and the Port of Bundaberg. The Port Alma Shipping Terminal facilitates the import and export of niche market products including ammonium nitrate, explosives, general cargo, salt, frozen beef, tallow and scrap metal. The Port of Bundaberg ships dry and wet commodities as well as general cargo such as machinery, petroleum products and treated timber logs. Currently the Port exports bulk raw sugar and imports bulk molasses.
