Combining different travel options (transit, rail, car, walking and bike) and selecting the ones that are most optimal for you is what makes Go About personal. Go About is currently available for the Netherlands via a 'mobile first' webapp from www.goabout.com. Apart from the webapplication, there is an API available for developers.
