Established in 1994, Greenridge invests in commercial real estate generating stable income. As well as investing capital from its Proprietary Book, Greenridge also offers other financial institutions, corporates and individuals the opportunity to co-invest via its conventional or Shariah platforms. Greenridge lifts barriers to entry by bridging the gap between capital and property. It handles the entire process from start to finish with a comprehensive service which includes originating off market deals and arranging finance; utilising exclusive banking relationships; progressing to an eventual sale; asset management; and ultimately delivering a profitable exit. The company co-invests in every deal and always aims to generate outperforming, risk weighted returns.
