Welcome to Grief Recovery Kansas. My name is Erica and I own and operate Grief Recovery Kansas. If you found this page there is a high probability that you, or someone you love, is suffering from a broken heart. Is it due to a death, divorce or another major loss? If so you might feel sad, distracted, or confused. You are not alone. The Grief Recovery Method has been helping people feel better following a loss for 40 years. My focus is on helping people to overcome a number of different types of grief. My work is based on the Grief Recovery Method® and I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist®. I specialize in supporting families after many different types of loss. You may find that people can be insensitive to the loss you are experiencing and may inadvertently say things that instead of making you feel better actually make you feel worse. Using the activity-based Grief Recovery Method, I will provide the necessary steps and guidance to help you move forward in your life.
