Once the ride is complete just exit the car and thank your driver, the ride, including gratuity, will be charged to your form of payment on file and an e-receipt will be sent directly to your inbox. And if at any time you need assistance, our customer service team is available 24/7. For airport pickup rides, provide your flight information during booking and we'll track your flight and automatically adjust your pickup time so your driver is there when you requested. Need time after your flight lands to gather your bags or enjoy some food? GroundLink allows you to adjust your pickup time in 15 minute increments for up to 2 hours after you land. Your driver will be at the airport at the time you requested and you won't have to pay wait time fees.
