Founded in 2017 by Joelle Maynard, Malibu-based Hamabla offers a curated selection of artful beach goods spanning outdoor furnishings, home decor, swim apparel, and fashion accessories. Made with custom designed, luxury outdoor fabrics and carefully selected natural and vintage materials, each piece includes unique, handcrafted elements. Our luxury beach goods are created by an in-house team of artists and designers, as well as by “artisans in residence” who collaborate with us on a rotating basis. These specialist artisans are a core element of our brand, sustaining our uniquely handcrafted, beach aesthetic and ensuring that our goods authentically reflect and celebrate global beach cultures. Guided by old-world craftsmanship that marries modern luxury with age-old, iconic silhouettes and classic designs, an art-driven beach aesthetic is seen throughout the collection. Our nature-inspired color palate includes swoon-worthy sunset tones, the brilliant blues and greens of the ocean, and the warm hues of sun-touched sand. Celebrating the natural beauty of the ocean is our single design principle, enabling us to build a collection of unique items with universal appeal.
