When we were looking for an office space for our business we wanted a workspace that offered everything a big corporate office did, but we needed a little more creative inspiration and could do without that stuffy feel. We scoured San Diego and couldn’t quite find a space to fit all of our needs. After some deliberation, we thought “why don’t we just create an ideal workspace and invite other like minded professionals to work along side of us?” Happenstance was born. Happenstance is a place where you can come pick a space to work, grab a cup of coffee and chat with your fellow members about anything from the Chargers to your business needs. It’s a place you can be inspired. It’s a place you can focus and power through the work you need to get done. It’s a place you belong to and that belongs to you. It’s a place where you might meet your next graphic designer or perhaps your next financial advisor. Happenstance is a place of opportunity and community. Happenstance provides all of the office amenities you need to successfully run your day–to-day business – like the big corporate guys, without the navy suits and ties. We hope it’s happenstance, that you happen to come work in our space. GFACE operates as an online gaming platform that offers a range of online games as well as other services. Mobile app that spontaneously delivers geolocated mini-podcasts about Chicago that people might not know.
