Our facility includes: -2 pitching tunnels suitable for baseball/softball (1 tunnel features a clay mound) -1 multipurpose hitting cage -5 batting cages featuring 4 Iron Mike baseball machines, and 1 Iron Mike softball machine (each cage also equipped with sock nets and L-screens for front toss, etc.) -Fully equipped weight room with all the essentials for an athlete -Indoor turf field suited for indoor soccer and lacrosse games, and more -Mezzanine overlooking the turf field equipped with flat screen TV -Multipurpose room for fitness classes, birthday parties, meetings, etc. -Pro shop What we offer: -Certified personal trainers -Private coaches for lessons in baseball, softball, lacrosse, and more -Cage and field rentals for the individual or teams -Yoga -Strength and conditioning training -Indoor leagues -Recreational games: Dodgeball, Flag Football, etc. -Sport specific workout nights
