Hargeant (Formerly I-Resource Payroll Services Ltd) was established in 2012 by Greg Barrow (Founder & CEO) and James Caan (former investor on the BBC television program Dragons Den); two forward thinking entrepreneurs who had the foresight and determination to create an organisation which removed the day-to-day legislative burden of employing and paying contractors and freelancers In April 2015 Greg took the opportunity to become the 100% shareholder/owner of the company, with James exiting the business. Today, Hargenant is one of the UK's leading PAYE Umbrella companies, who remain fully committed to searching out new ways of further improving standards within the industry and making the lives of of our employees as stress free as possible, whch is especially important in these difficult times. Since its re-brand Hargenant has gone from strength to strength now employing 35 staff, a new Head Office in St Albans along side satellite offices in London, Watford & Milton Keynes to strategically support our employees and clients alike; we have supplied compliant, prudent and profitable employment management services to over 30,000 employees
