We are a non-profit Organization in Charlotte that helps families in need with resources, including: medical appointments in our free clinic, food, nutritional and lifestyle counseling, exercise and wellness classes and more in our Free Wellness Center in the SouthEnd area. Our focus is on helping people that are at high-risk for Heart Disease, Diabetes, & Hypertension.
