Heritage Jewelry and Loan is a veteran owned and operated pawn shop in Sugar Land Texas. We specialize in short term cash loans to individuals and business owners to solve their short term cash needs. We are the only pawn shop in the area that offer half price interest loans secured by the customers collateral. All loans are confidential and secured by a customers collateral, meaning that they are considered "no fault". This means that if the customer fails to repay their loan, they only loose their pledged assets. No further recourse is taken. Loans are 60 days in duration and the interest rate is 10% per month, but in certain cases can be as low as 1% per month. No credit checks are performed and values are based solely on the collateral pledged. All loans can go longer than the initial 60 day term by paying for additional time. Heritage Jewelry and Loan is governed by the rules set forth by the Officer of Consumer Credit Commissioner of The State of Texas. We are regulated like a bank and must carry certain levels of insurance, cash, and licenses. We are BBB A+ rated and strive for customer satisfaction.
