Heritage State Bank has its roots in the Lawrenceville Federal Savings and Loan Company, which served Lawrence County, Illinois for over 100 years. Under the leadership of our Chairman and CEO Kevin Kavanaugh, Lawrenceville Federal became a full service financial institution and was renamed Heritage State Bank. Since then, we have focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers and shareholder value through quality growth. We now provide banking services to both Southeastern Illinois and Southwestern Indiana. At Heritage State Bank, our employees and owners work to earn your business every day. The decisions we make are based on the personal relationships we develop with our customers, rather than a rigid set of rules predetermined at a national headquarters. We are still based in Lawrenceville, Illinois with branch offices in Vincennes and Haubstadt, Indiana.
