Hot Yoga Nottingham is a beautiful boutique yoga and wellness studio in the heart of Nottingham City. The studio is rooted in love, support, inspiration and community. It is a place to find balance, time for you, time for connection. We are the only dedicated Hot Yoga Studio in Nottingham City Centre with state of the art infrared heating systems. At Hot Yoga Nottingham, we believe that hot yoga is for everyone — for people of all ages and all walks of life. Our mission is to be a hub for positive change in the local community and give you the opportunity to experience authentic yoga practices. We offer a range of hot yoga classes, workshops and retreats that aim to enhance your lifestyle for personal, physical, emotional and spiritual development. The studio offers a variety of hot/non-hot yoga classes to suite your own style, abilities and expectations. The hot yoga classes are taught in our state of the art climate controlled heated room which is typically heated between 35C – 40C.
