Hybrid Athletics is the premier Training Facility in the Fraser Valley. It is also the home of CrossFit Fraser Valley (CFFV). The 7000 sq foot flagship facility is located in Langley and is host to some of the best Fitness Coaches in the Province. Services offered include CrossFit, Personal Training, Bootcamps, Athlete Development, Youth Programs, Team Training and nutritional consultation.
