ICR Impianti e Costruzioni S.p.A. a socio unico nasce per volontà dei soci di un’altra prestigiosa impresa romana, con l’intento di migliorarne e svilupparne il settore degli appalti pubblici. Per addivenire a questo progetto imprenditoriale, con un conferimento di ramo d’azienda, ha pertanto acquisito sia gli appalti in corso sia quelli ancora in fase di aggiudicazione oltre, chiaramente, a quasi tutto il personale, i macchinari e le attrezzature dell’impresa conferente. L’ esperienza ultradecennale del personale e la possibilità di concentrare la loro attenzione solo ed esclusivamente sugli appalti pubblici è nel contempo la forza dell’impresa e la garanzia di una ottimale riuscita dell’intento originario. Di fatto la ICR è il naturale sviluppo della SICE Srl, impresa romana nata nel 1987, operante inizialmente solo in ambito impiantistico e grazie alla diversificazione dell’attività produttiva attuata dai nuovi vertici aziendali, che hanno diversificato l’attività aziendale inserendo tra le ristrutturazioni edili e la realizzazione di impianti anche il comparto delle costruzioni edili e della realizzazione di impianti di produzione di energie alternative, la nuova impresa ha conseguito un incremento di fatturato del 40%. La coscienza della propria forza aziendale, data dal citato precedente e dall’esperienza professionale delle proprie maestranze, consentono concretamente alla ICR Impianti e Costruzioni S.p.A. a socio unico di poter ripercorrere con maggiore impeto e consapevolezza la strada già percorsa dalla SICE, migliorandone ulteriormente i risultati. In this perspective, In recent years, ICR has established the close partnerships with manufacturers of printing presses, inks, adhesives and coatings for the optimization of engravings in order to obtain the result desired with an eye to reducing consumption and to the ecological and environmental issues. ICR has made significant upgrades in both the organizational structure and the production, which made possible to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Regarding the organization, investments have been made in a new management information system, which can control in real time the progress of the production for a better service to customers, and a system for automating workflow in the pre-press department. The technical team, a strength of the Company, has furtherly been strengthened. Thanks to many years of experience, the technical team can assist the customer in everyday production and in the fundamental stages of research and development of new processes. This is possible thanks to the Color Management System, which is able to offer a linearization of the whole process, starting from the printing performance, and ensuring the repeatability of the result in time and on the same line of products. In production, ICR has installed the automatic line “Autocon”, able to perform the entire cycle of the cylinder, fromcopper plating to engraving, until the final chrome plating: the complete process with intermediate controls of cylinder’s geometry and surface. ICR installed in-line a second HK500 G3 Twain, for electronic engraving. In addition, has alsoupdated the Exactus line for autotipical engraving with laser exposition. I.C.R.
