The INTEG Visual Machine OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) system utilizes the JNIOR automation controller to display asset data/metrics any web-capable device within your network, from an operator’s monitor, to a work center display panel, to a back office PC, to a tablet, laptop or cell phone anywhere in the world. INTEG's Visual Machine OEE system is an affordable Overall Equipment Effectiveness solution that’s ready to use out-of-the box and easy to install with no programming required. The JNIOR can also function as a highly effective utility usage monitor, creating opportunities to save on utility costs. It is equally useful as a data acquisition system as JNIOR facilitates the flow of real-time data collection between all business functions, allowing companies to target specific areas for improvement.
