At Integra Aerospace our vision is to create training that contributes to a safer tomorrow. We do this by focusing carefully on how training courses are designed and approach this from the perspective that to truly engage individuals and leave them feeling empowered to make change happen themselves they need to be empowered and acknowledge that they do have a degree of influence and control. Blended Learning is a methodology that we use to do this. The required underpinning knowledge of a course is designed to sit online - but NOT as the usual eLearning courses you find! Pre-knowledge tests assess the knowledge individuals already have from their past experience and then they are directed to focus their online study to the areas they need to develop competence in. This reduces the time spent studying as it becomes more personalised. Using short tutorial and dramatised procedural videos we ensure that professionals gain the required level of knowledge needed before they attend a face-face skill-based practical workshop. Practical workshops are really important to encourage professionals to demonstrate their knowledge through application. Our training approach can be applied to include the following areas of aviation training: - Human Factors (Ask us about Compliance by Subscription - bespoke and delivered 6 monthly to your organisation) - Continuation Training - Basic Engineering Licenses - Mechanic Licenses - Aircraft Type Courses - Ground Handling - Flight Ops - Most likely any course that you can think of where there is knowledge that needs to be gained and skill to be demonstrated.
