IPS Pump Services has merged with Cayson Pump Services to provide a broad spectrum of capabilities as a horizontally integrated petrochemical services company. Pump Services, Marine Services, Certified Vibration Analysis, Millwright and Field Services combined with onsite our onsite Machine Shop and a unique working relationship with Industrial Packing and Seals, Inc. creates a one source solution for our customers’ needs. We apply the principles of Quality, Data Analysis, and Rational Costs to every job we perform. Our management team possesses several decades of experience in the petrochemical and maritime transport industries ranging from the engineering and manufacturing of pump parts, as well as repair and new construction. Services we offer include the repair of all makes and models of pumps, a readily available supply of new parts, the repair or replacement of gearboxes, and custom engineered upgrades potentially increasing the pumping efficiencies and overall longevity of the pump. Our Millwrights and Field Service Technicians are on call twenty-four hours a day for instances such as mechanical seal changes and the pulling and installing of equipment, reducing customer downtime. IPS Pump Services’ goal is to be a single source solution center for our customers’ pumping needs. Our data sharing application offers customers the ability to monitor all work quoted, in progress and performed. Digital reports, imaging, current time sheets, and costs are available on the application. This allows us to better identify trends and provide a preventative maintenance schedule. Customers need only to make one call to IPS Pump Services to bring units back online in a timely and cost-effective manner.
