IR Gaming Institute is the first brand of a wider business vision to change the way education is done in Japan. IR Gaming Institute is focused on the future "Integrated Resort" industry which is set to open tentatively around 2025/2026 in Japan. Our core mission is to provide professional table game dealing instruction while incorporating real world language and speaking opportunities for our students. We are not a language school but rather incorporate language into the learning and activities of our students never sacrificing on our mission to provide the best casino dealer instruction for the first generation of IR professionals. Our motto "Learn in Japanese, Practice in English" speaks to how we see the wider need of education requirements in Japan. In order to provide the best instruction we have only sought out the best and are proud to have Rocky Hiroshi Katagiri as a co-founder of the institute. With 15 years of experience as a private dealer, high limit VIP dealer, floor supervisor and casino host at premium Las Vegas resorts we have spared nothing to bring the most experienced Japanese casino professional back to Japan. Rocky has also taught at several dealer schools in Las Vegas including our strategic partner CEG Las Vegas and as a guest lecturer at UNLV. In addition to bringing Rocky back to Japan, our exclusive partnership with CEG enables us to stay on the cutting edge of gaming protection and best in practice dealing methods to ensure we provide our students the latest techniques without having to leave Japan. We are currently hiring for roles in Osaka for people passionate about the Integrated Resort Industry as well as identifying potential professionals for future expansion into Tokyo/Yokohama in 2021/2022 depending on market conditions at the time.
