Imperium specializes in semi-speculative land investment for future mixed-use, retail and residential real estate development. Our clients include real estate investors, municipalities and buyers/tenants. Imperium's line of services include real estate investment / development; brokerage; architecture; construction administration / management; and property / asset management. Other ventures include communications technology; Virtual Presence Device and UAV research, development and manufacturing; media; healthcare; and agriculture. Our mission: create value. Investments: Our investors include high-net worth individuals, family offices and institutions. Our focus is U.S.-based, hyper-growth markets that include north and central Texas, Florida and Hawaii. We implement proprietary GIS database analysis technology (developed exclusively by Imperium) that systematically identifies, in real time, the best-valued real estate opportunity among thousands of locations Imperium has already targeted for acquisition, the majority of which are off-market. Buyers of our commercial holdings are typically repeat customers, primarily leading retailers in the U.S. Consulting: We conduct: 1) municipal consulting for master development and underwriting, 2) tenant representation for retailers' expansion, and 3) business advisory that often includes our direct investment.
