Electric Contractors US Intec, Inc. manufactures and markets various roofing materials used mainly in commercial re-roofing projects and new construction. The products are sold in the US exclusively to roofing material wholesalers and distributors under the "BRAI" trademark and private labels. Through a subsidiary, the Company also manufactures and sells roofing accessories which improve labor efficiency. LMI Aerospace, Inc. fabricates, machines, finishes, and integrates formed, close tolerance aluminum and specialty alloy components for use by the aerospace industry.
