Our Mission We want to change the power sports industry completely, in all aspects, and shift it directly to a consumer first focus and less about transaction, all while we drive the amazing Indian Motorcycle brand strength and authenticity within America's Finest City. We hope to create a wholistic ecosystem where customers know they have a trusted place to go for all their needs, or if they just want to socialize with their friends, family or even our friendly staff. You will find that we feel strongly that this industry should be accessible to everyone, always respect the roots and heritage of our brand, and always value the men and women who make sacrifices for us each and every day. We also work closely with many charitable and non-profit organizations to bring our experience and the power sports industry to those who don’t always have access to it, but can benefit from it. Our Experiential Center Today’s consumer expects more from their retail experience and we strive to bring this to them. No longer are retail destinations a place of transaction as people have become conditioned to transacting online due to the ease of it. Retail destinations need to become more about the experience and our Experiential Center is a place for riders and groups to connect at whenever they want. We have goal to combine an effective online/social strategy, coupled with our amazing in-store experience, and we feel the result will create a lifetime relationship with our customers. One of our top goals is we want the experience to become a special one for you, but also become a destination that is more than just a shopping experience but one that feels like a second home to you. Whether it is our community and friendly feel; the family friendly atmosphere; or the fun and constant entertainment and events; our customer experience in store will always be a special one and we hope our customers will be regular visitors that will enjoy each other’s and the staff’s time together.
