Industrial Investments, Inc. is a family-run real estate investment, development and management firm based in Blue Bell, Pennsylvania which owns and manages several million square feet of multi-tenant industrial, flex, retail and office buildings throughout the suburban Philadelphia and South Jersey areas. We specialize in renovating large single-user value add industrial properties and converting them into mixed-use business parks. We also have dozens of smaller light industrial and flex properties in our portfolio, as well as a commercial warehousing company based in Pennsauken, New Jersey which we have owned and operated since 1973. Our long-term, low-debt, hands-on approach has enabled us to grow and to strengthen over several decades in business. Industrial Investments Inc was founded in 1988. The company's line of business includes renting, buying, selling and appraising real estate.
