Thank you also for considering taking time out for yourself - time for your mind and body to be still - to relax - to rejuvenate. My journey with Reiki began in October 2015. Whilst I had never had a Reiki session I was drawn to learn and become a practitioner. If you have never tried Reiki, I would love to share it with you.
