Institute of Behavioral Design popularise advanced psychological knowledge to serve people and businesses. Our goal is to reduce costs for our customers, improve the quality of work & life for their employees and, teach more effective leadership, allowing the organisation to achieve outstanding results on the market. Inspired by work of prof. Tony Buzan, prof. Dan Ariely and research of prof. Piotr Zielonka, the organization was founded in 2014 based on the scientific and business cooperation between a group of experts from the academic and business world. Today run by Sebastian Kotow and prof. Piotr Zielonka, we deliver various types of consultancy and research & development projects, with senior international business and scientific authorities, who cooperate with us on a regular basis. Each of us have a great deal of experience, are active in business, operation and we work together to deliver advanced projects for our clients worldwide. We share common values, work ethic and positive quality obsession, with a strategic & holistic approach to business and life. We help you revise strategic assumptions, analyze the impact of change and company strategies on individuals, organisations, and market results, based on sophisticated psychological research & knowledge, which are not commonly accessible in todays market place. We implement the latest tools of change, cognitive psychology, neuropsychology and cognition in practical behavioural design models, to support and develop leaders within the organisation. We teach leaders to develop engagement and proactive leadership, to use practical psychological tools, to build trust and to implement models of change.
