Instituto de Capital Riesgo (INCARI) is an institution focused on private equity and venture capital (M&A) providing information for Players and academics with articles and in-depth analysis, extensively, corporate finance issues along with Legal and Financial advisory reporting. The three quarterly publications offered in the yearly subscription by INCARI include the Spanish Journal of Private Equity and Venture Capital, the PE & VC Spanish Market Newsletter and the Private Equity and Venture Capital Annual Report written in both, Spanish and English. It is also included in the subscription (354,90 € (341,25 € + 4% IVA) the access to the content published and to the different web sections and data bases. Most recently, INCARI has launched an online master degree in cooperation with the leading publishing house Tirant lo Blanch focused on Private Equity with a close contact with the investors, advisors and tax services.
