As a small batch coffee roaster and wholesale provider, our mission is to source fresh, exotic, and vibrant coffees as they become seasonally available, and roast to expose their unique, inherent qualities. We also blend select coffees to develop synergy, and offer a coffee with a consistent flavor profile regardless of season. We gladly provide education regarding the preparation of coffee at the highest level. As a retail location, Ithaca Coffee Company’s mission is to provide an inviting shopping experience, encouraging customers to discover and enjoy a unique variety of gourmet food and gifts, with a focus on local products. Through an engaged, approachable team of experts, we are innovative while creating a relaxed environment for the casual to frequent shopper.
