J. Madison PLC is a Virginia law firm that represents employees who have been wrongfully terminated, discriminated or retaliated against, or illegally pushed out of their jobs. We help people who have been discriminated against because of their race, religion, gender, national origin, disability, or age. Some of our clients were terminated or retaliated against for taking protected medical leave or for serving in the military. Still more of our clients were forced out of employment after they reported or objected to illegal conduct.
