JVS Contracting, Inc. began operations in 2005 as a privately owned corporation. The owner, John V. Simon, Jr., has more than 35 years' experience in construction, demolition, recycling and solid waste. Based in Tampa, JVS also has locations in Largo and Bartow, Florida. This project was completed over the course of one year, with JVS utilizing 95% of its own forces. JVS has devoted significant resources to ensuring we have the right equipment to complete projects in a timely manner. Our fleet consists of dump trucks, roll-off trucks, excavators, loaders, backhoes, concrete crusher and screener, heavy lifts, pumps, and containers. JVS Contracting has consistently maintained an “A” grade for safe and reliable work with ISNetworld. We also have consistently maintained an EMR rating of less than 1.00 since we began operations.
