Welcome to Jackson Counseling Services where our goal is to empower hearts and minds. We provide a warm safe environment to express your feelings. Our services are designed to be an asset rather than additional stress in your life. We are experienced in treating a variety of concerns that include depression, anxiety, abuse, crisis intervention, grief, trauma (military and non military), and relationship issues. We are caring and effective clinicians who would enjoy the opportunity to help you navigate your journey of life. We offer short term, and long term therapy as well as life coaching. Our goal is to help you work through the initial reason why you sought out help as well as work on any other issues that have become of concern in your life. We work with adults and children individually. We also work with families who are going through difficult times in their lives such as job loss, depression, anxiety, stress, loss of a loved one, healing from trauma, intimacy issues, as well as communication issues. We offer marriage and couple's counseling. The weekly sessions will be tailored to your specific needs. We will teach you the tools needed to rebuild your foundation and grow closer emotionally as well as physically to your significant other. We also provide medication management services. We believe in treating the whole person through intensive therapy services as well as medication services. If you feel like the daily functions of life are becoming overwhelming, the combination of medication and therapy may allow you to feel like you can breathe again.
