Jeanette’s Cakes is a cake bakery and culinary studio which hosts corporate teambuilding workshops, baking/decorating lessons, birthday parties and summer camps. The state-of-the-art, health-certified and nut-free studio is in Oakville, just off the QEW. Jeanette’s Cakes specializes in custom cakes. Sizes can vary from 7-tier wedding cakes and cakes for large corporate events to 6-inch cakes for birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, etc. Each cake is made to suit the budget and celebratory occasion. Cake designs range from elaborate or intricate sugar figures to simple patterns and edible icing images incorporating photographs or corporate logos. In all cases Jeanette’s Cakes delivers superior quality in terms of baked product, decoration and taste. The studio has 30 workstations and houses the latest tools and equipment needed for the (decorating, baking or cooking) classes, summer camps and parties, which it presents. All of these events are facilitated by a professional baker/decorator/chef with over 25 years’ experience. Ages catered for are from 4 years and up. Jeanette’s Cakes hosts teambuilding workshops using cake decorating, baking or cooking as the vehicle to enhance team performance and employee morale. Thinking style tests and team SWOT analyses can be incorporated into workshops for corporate clients seeking greater psychological insight into their team effectiveness. Jeanette’s Cakes also provides a range of unique baked goods as thank you gifts for employees and customers, and are very popular among companies at certain times of the year.
