For over 47 years John Barry Sales has been the premier supplier of production film and television equipment in Australia. We supply everything for location production including Video Cameras, Lighting, Sound, Production and Expendables; as well as an extensive (and ever growing) range of post-production equipment and non-linear editing solutions. John Barry Sales was first established in 1967 as “Birns and Sawyer Australia”, providing sales, rental and service to the cine-film and television industries. In 1978 the company was re-named John Barry Sales and has carried that name until the present day.
