"We grow trees for the pleasure of mankind." Originating in the late 1960's, John Holmlund nursery is a family owned and operated wholesale tree nursery located in the fertile valley between Portland, Oregon and the scenic Mt. Hood region. Our trees are specifically grown for major bareroot tree markets; caliper and specimen tree growers, container operations, re-wholesale, and garden centers. The 200 plus varieties are grown with today's environment in mind. At John Holmlund Nursery, we take great care and pleasure growing bareroot shade, flowering, and ornamental trees.
