In May of 1986, John P Russell began his business in a small basement office in the center of Stoughton, MA. Working alone, he handled the day to day operations and slowly grew his business. In 2005, he moved to his current office at 65 Pearl Street. Our goal is provide the most convenience and best service possible. With our on-site registry, our customers are able to avoid the hassle of waiting in line at the RMV and leave our office with their plates. With several bi- and tri-lingual employees, we are able to accommodate English, Portuguese, Spanish and French-speaking customers. John P Russell Insurance is a full service independent insurance agency. We represent fifteen in-house insurance companies: Arbella, Encompass, Foremost, Hanover, N&D Group, Pilgrim, Plymouth Rock, Providence Mutual, Progressive, Safeco, Safety Insurance, Travelers, USLI, Vermont Mutual, and Zurich.
