Our clients experience a refreshingly different approach to client contact and attention in comparison to the treatment they have received in dealing at their previous collection law firms. One reason is that we are a full service creditors’ rights law firm, not the typical mill collection firm. We are dedicated to the service of clients in commercial litigation, commercial collection, post-judgment enforcement and creditor representation in bankruptcy. The experience of our attorneys allows us to take a commercial case from “cradle to grave:” send the demand letter, sue, litigate, try cases, enforce under post judgment, and handle bankruptcy issues if they arise anywhere in that process. We do this by emphasizing our focus on each case and by prizing attention to our clients. Cases are reviewed and serviced individually. They are not merely grist for some collection mill.
