Johnston Franklin Bishop was founded by Richard Johnston* in 1983 as Johnston & Company and was formerly Johnston, Lewis & Company Johnston, Lewis & Franklin and Johnston Franklin. The partners are Richard Johnston*, Blair Franklin* and Marsha Bishop*. Johnston Franklin Bishop is a member of the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce. Johnston Franklin Bishop is committed to providing quality legal services, and to participating in the Nanaimo community. You will find our lawyers participating in many local organizations and community events. Many of our lawyers are originally from Vancouver Island communities, including Port Alberni, Nanaimo, Shawnigan Lake and Lake Cowichan. We also have many proud Malaspina University-College (Vancouver Island University) alumni amongst both our lawyers and administrative staff.
