Journey Taekwondo is a New York arm of Tae Park Taekwondo out of West Michigan. Started in 2008, Journey TKD teaches traditional TKD to students ages 8 and over. Students are taught in a relaxed but challenging atmosphere by a group of dedicated and totally volunteer Black Belts. All black belts teaching at Journey TKD are home grown, so all of the instruction is consistent. As a Ministry of Journey Christian Church, Journey Taekwondo does not exist to make money. We exist to teach traditional TKD and to get to know and meet people in the community. None of our instructors are paid, but that does not mean the TKD is watered down or sub-standard. All belts awarded from Journey TKD are awarded from the Kukkiwon (WTF) and are good around the world. All of our rates are published right on our website.
