Juan Carlos Robayo BIO With over 20 years of sales and finance experience, Juan Carlos Robayo, joined the Real Estate world with a perspective that few have to offer their clients. This perspective paired with his expansive knowledge of Real Estate market fluctuations and trends, makes Juan Carlos both a forceful negotiator and compassionate ear for his clients. After working as an independent insurance broker for many years Juan Carlos decided to take his gifts for long term planning and his ability to help his clients strategize for their future to their biggest assets…their Home. Juan Carlos believes that, “Home ownership is both the most rewarding investment anyone can have, and it is also the backbone for every families future. Those that purchase homes don’t always realize they are not only planning for today or ten years from now but for their retirements as well.” Born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. Juan Carlo received a Bachelor of Science in Advertising and Marketing from the University of Bogota JTL. Juan Carlos currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Toronto Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, as Vice President of LeTip organization (Newmarket Chapter), and has served as Vice President and Networking Director of the Canadian Colombian Professional Association. He is an avid sponsor of various Hispanic organizations including the Latin Project Management Network and Casa Cultural Colombiana.
