As such the firm specialise in the more serious personal injury cases resulting in lower or upper amputation and have a considerable understanding of the issues arising for the amputee. We also specialise in probate and will disputes: When someone dies disputes can arise over their estate, whether they had made a will or not. The types of issues that most commonly arise are:- - Whether the deceased should have made provision for someone in their will and did not - If the deceased died intestate, whether the intestacy provisions adequately provide for family and dependents Whether the deceased lacked Testamentary capacity when they made their will. - Whether someone wrongly influenced the deceased to make provision for them/exclude another in a will (undue Influence). If any of the above apply and/or you are involved in an estate whether bringing or defending a claim (for example as an Executor, Administrator, Beneficiary, Dependant or Family Member) then we can assist. We can also assist in the administration of estates, obtaining probate, transfer/sale of estate property, Lost Wills (if the will cannot be found but is believed to exist) and tracing beneficiaries mentioned in the decease d's will
