Our unique methodology was born from specific recommendations and requests by the clients of Jury Insight's parent company, Kelton Research, a proven leader in market research and communications. Some of Kelton's clients, beset by frequent lawsuits, believed that our approach to political and market research would translate into the courtroom. In countless hours of focus groups, lawyers spelled out in detail their desire for a greater emphasis on language and messaging. They voiced frustration with the time intensive research process and the lack of instant feedback from focus group participants. We solve all of these issues in our methodology. In response to these lawyer's suggestions, we put together a team that maximized our strengths and was tailored to our clients needs. We included political consultants, who had made a living making the driest of political issues compelling to voters. Our Market Research professionals had experience with a broad array of products and companies and how to decipher and articulate their strongest competitive advantages. Jury Insight sought out the strongest media team possible, capable of formulating the most succinct and compelling messages that Americans respond to.
