We are a family run karate club called Kaizen Gunns which is a part of Kaizen Central Karate Federation. Kaizen Gunns is run by three Sensei's (instructors); Paul Gunn - European Judge Kerry Colpus - 2 x English & 5 x British Champion Dean Gunn - English & British Champion Classes are open to adults and children of any experience level. How will you benefit from Karate? Karate provides its practitioners with not only the ability to protect them in the event of a violent attack, but also has a number of other psychological and physiological benefits: Self-awareness Flexibility Co-ordination Confidence Muscular Strength Agility Balance Cardiovascular fitness Karate enhances the male physique as with a women's figure. It enhances the body’s cardiovascular capacity and improves the blood circulation therefore contributing to a healthier life style. Karate can be made fun and enjoyable through training drills encouraging all children from ages 6 – 16 to participate.
