Kalinga empowers the healthcare worker, giving them the option to choose the hours and location they’d like to work. They will also have control over their hourly rates. On the flipside, Kalinga will also give freedom to aged care and disability clients by allowing them to select the nurse or carer best suited for them, at competitive prices because our system eliminates the need to pay high agency commissions.
