Karen Blake Coaching supports a wide range of clients and organisations, offering a highly personalised, tailored approach to meet training/coaching requirements. As part of our Career Coaching, we offer a 1:1 session, both in-person and on the phone, with additional email support. An initial assessment is completed to clearly define short and long term goals, everything from communication skills to personal acceptance. Using goals as a foundation to create a strategy for attaining these objectives. We develop bespoke workshops and training programmes for organisations.
