Following the success of the Everywhere watch in 2017, Krayon founder Rémi Maillat is back this year with new custom timepieces. Everywhere Horizon is an incredible mechanical watchmaking feat. It carries the same calibre with its unbelievable ability to calculate sunrise and sunset times accurate to your specific location. Simply enter latitude, longitude and time zone, and the mechanism combines this with date and month to calculate sunrise and sunset times. These are intuitively displayed on sectors representing day and night which move and change size to show the times on the outer dial’s 24-hour scale. The 595 purpose-made components composing this masterpiece are all hand-finished using traditional haute horlogerie techniques. Everywhere Horizon was created through exchanges with the client, considering his ideas and associating his personality with Krayon’s environment.
