KURSHUNI is a Turkish jewelry Brand founded in 2002 by Elif Esra and Lokman Kursunlu. After they graduated as an architect and engineer they gained a huge experience in national and international markets. They have chosen “KURSHUNI” as a brand name which refers to their family name. In the early years KURSHUNI has started as a glass art studio which was a first in Turkey. KURSHUNI has won many prizes, attended to many exhibitions and as a result it has gained a positive brand awareness in the sector. At the beginning the founders of KURSHUNI have used as product content precious metal and glass together. But later they decided to continue with sterling silver. KURSHUNI never give up on hand made round shaped evil eye bead which become the company symbol. Today KURSHUNI still uses on their products this evil eye bead which is handmade and each one is carefully selected according to KURSHUNI standarts, became their signiture. In 2010 KURSHUNI decided to expand throughout whole Europe. The brand started regularly attenting at the most prestigious international fairs. With the right PR strategy, efficient collobrations, high quantity of sales KURSHUNI took a prestigious place in the European Market. KURSHUNI jewellery are chosen among men and women who wants to reflect their quality style with a unique accessorise. KURSHUNI has now over 400 certificated resellers in Europe. Creators of KURSHUNI started this journey to make our world more beautiful with their passion to creativity. They are inspired by ancient multi cultural stories of İstanbul and it’s geographical location which gives characteristics of East and West to the city at the same time. KURSHUNI is combining high technology and excellent work together with 40 very talented jewelry craftman .
